About the Role

We’re looking for customer relationship manager to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, and communication throughout the customer journey.

You will work closely with Sales, Design, Project Management, and Site teams to ensure customers receive timely updates and a smooth, professional experience.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of follow-ups and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication and relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and regular communication.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Track leads, follow-ups, pending actions, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with internal teams on customer requirements, project updates, and concerns.
• Keep customers informed about project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Prepare basic CRM and customer-related reports for management.

What You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, Customer Success, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Working knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design or Edtech will be preferred.

Pay

Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
