Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with prospective customers, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

Handle inbound customer calls and provide relevant information.

Explain company products/services clearly to potential customers.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/BD team.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Update customer information in CRM/Excel and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Customer-focused and positive attitude.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.

Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Freshers can apply.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, recruitment, or business development will be an advantage.
