Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Peon / Office Boy to support daily office operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist employees with routine office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and visitors.

Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of office areas.

Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.

Deliver and collect documents, files, and other office materials.

Assist HR, Accounts, and other departments with routine office work.

Purchase or collect stationery and other office requirements when needed.

Receive and distribute courier, letters, and other office communications.

Assist in arranging meeting rooms and refreshments for meetings.

Maintain pantry and ensure necessary supplies are available.

Assist with basic office errands, banking, courier, and other outside-office work as assigned.

Support project/site teams with document delivery and collection when required.

Follow company rules and maintain confidentiality of office documents.

Perform other general office duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Good manners and polite communication.

Basic reading and writing skills.

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Basic knowledge of photocopying, printing, and scanning.

Willingness to perform office errands when required.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Qualification

10th Pass / 12th Pass or equivalent.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
