Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for Gold & Silver products

Identify and develop new customers, dealers, jewellers and business clients

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order confirmations

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful sales

Maintain regular contact with customers regarding pricing, availability and market movements

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, dispatch and delivery

Ensure accurate communication of product prices and transaction details

Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, sales and follow-ups

Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Support the company in expanding its customer and dealer network

Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and transactions

Candidate Profile

Good communication

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Basic knowledge of gold/silver products and market trends is an advantage

Self-motivated, energetic and disciplined
