Job Description

Verifying patient eligibility and benefits before treatment

Communicating coverage details to patients and internal teams

Preparing and submitting insurance claims accurately

Ensuring correct coding (CPT, ICD) for dental procedures

Reconciling payments with billing records

Posting insurance and patient payments accurately

Ensuring adherence to HIPAA and insurance guidelines

Maintaining proper documentation for audits

Handling billing queries and explaining charges

Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports

Reworking and resubmitting claims

Following up on unpaid or denied claims etc.

Eligibility

Graduation or Master's degree in Dental/pharma/science/management

Good communication skills

Moderate computer knowledge

Background in dental / healthcare / pharma preferred but not mandatory

Experience

0-2 years (Freshers with good English communication and computer knowledge are also welcomed to apply)

Job Timings (Fixed Shifts – No Rotation)

Shift 1 :- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Shift 2:- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Working Days

Monday to Friday (Saturdays & Sundays are fixed Off)
