Contact new and existing leads

Understand patient concerns, requirements, and treatment interest

Capture accurate lead information

Appointment Booking

Schedule consultations and appointments

Confirm appointment details with patients

Follow up on pending appointments

Lead Follow-Up

Follow up with interested, pending, and non-connected leads

Reactivate missed, cancelled, and no-show appointments

Patient Communication

Explain basic clinic information, treatment process, and consultation details

Handle patient queries professionally

Escalate clinical questions to the appropriate team

CRM Management

Update lead status, remarks, follow-up dates, and appointment details

Maintain accurate and timely CRM records

Conversion & Targets

Achieve calling, appointment, and conversion targets

Maintain quality of calls and effective follow-up

Coordination

Coordinate with clinic managers, counselors, doctors, and front desk
