Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new market opportunities, and expand our customer and corporate client base in the sweets and food retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and revenue channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, event organizers, and other B2B customers.

Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, partnerships, and other channels.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Promote sweets, namkeen, bakery products, gifting solutions, and customized corporate orders.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate order closure with clients.

Coordinate with sales, production, purchase, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups and prepare sales/business development reports for management.

Explore opportunities for corporate gifting, bulk orders, events, festivals, and institutional sales.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/MBA preferred with relevant experience in FMCG, food retail, sweets, bakery, hospitality, or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently developing new business.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
