Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs, overdue accounts, and outstanding payments.

Communicate payment details, due dates, and available repayment options clearly and professionally.

Follow up with customers to secure timely repayment of outstanding dues.

Understand customers’ concerns and negotiate suitable payment commitments within company guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, commitments, and follow-ups.

Regularly follow up on promised payment dates and update collection status.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally while maintaining a courteous approach.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection and calling targets.

Escalate complex or disputed cases to the appropriate supervisor/team.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and loan-related information.

Skills & Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of Bengali and Hindi; basic working knowledge of English preferred.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle customer objections calmly and professionally.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

Good listening skills and a professional telephone manner.

Key Performance Indicators

Number of productive calls and customer contacts.

Payment commitments obtained and successfully followed up.

Collection/recovery performance against assigned targets.

Accuracy of customer records and follow-up updates.

Quality and professionalism of customer interactions.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
