Field Service Technician

Installation & Commissioning

Travel to residential, commercial, or industrial customer sites to install and set up new systems and equipment.

Maintenance & Repairs

Perform routine preventative maintenance and execute emergency repairs on-site.

Troubleshooting

Diagnose technical, mechanical, or electrical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools and schematics.

Customer Support

Educate customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance safety procedures, and answer technical questions.

Documentation

Complete detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and expense reports daily.

Inventory Management

Manage and maintain company vehicle inventory, tools, and spare parts.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Technical degree, certification, or apprenticeship in Electronics, Mechanics, or a related field is highly preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field service, mechanical repair, or a technical hands-on role (Experience with water purifiers, RO systems, or plumbing/electrical systems is a strong plus).

Technical Skills

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; comfortable working with hand and power tools.

Pay
