Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

Explain product features, designs, pricing and offers to customers.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.

Support customer follow-ups and relationship management.

Maintain professional standards and showroom discipline.

Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth sales operations.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with retail sales experience will be preferred.
