- Data Inputting
- Entering alphabetic and numeric information from physical or digital source documents into spreadsheets or databases.
- Information Verification
- Reviewing and cross-checking data against source materials to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing pieces.
- Database Maintenance
- Updating existing records, clearing out old logs, and organising digital folders for fast retrieval.
- Report Generation
- Pulling database metrics to build spreadsheets, charts, or preliminary documents for management teams.
Data Security & Privacy: Handling confidential customer or company information strictly according to established data integrity and security policies.
