E-commerce Executive : Marketplace Inventory & Consignment

Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented an E-commerce Executive to manage inventory replenishment and consignment operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare SKU-wise and region-wise consignment plans based on sales and inventory data.

Share replenishment plans with internal teams and brands for approval.

Create consignments/shipments on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

Book warehouse appointments and delivery slots.

Coordinate with brands, warehouses, and transport teams for timely dispatch.

Track shipments until successful delivery and inwarding.

Handle rejected, delayed, or partially received consignments.

Maintain inventory, shipment, and consignment trackers/MIS.

Highlight stock-out risks, excess stock, and replenishment requirements.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong analytical and coordination skills.

High attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple brands and SKUs.

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra seller panels will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 Years in E-commerce operations, inventory planning, supply chain, or marketplace operations.
