Job Description – Operations & Supply Chain Intern

Department: Operations
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Location: As per company requirement

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage and coordinate the end-to-end order fulfillment process. The candidate will work closely with Corporate Sales, Billing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and successful deliveries. Freshers with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and review Purchase Orders (POs) from the Corporate Sales team.

Validate order details and ensure all required information is available for processing.

Coordinate with the Billing team to generate invoices and complete billing activities within defined timelines.

Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Track order status and proactively follow up with internal teams to avoid delays.

Share dispatch and tracking details with the Sales team and customers as required.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth movement of shipments.

Monitor deliveries and support issue resolution until successful order completion.

Maintain order trackers, MIS reports, and operational records.

Escalate delays, discrepancies, or process gaps to relevant stakeholders.

Drive end-to-end process alignment between Sales, Billing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Order Management will be an added advantage.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Good communication and follow-up abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under timelines.

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
