Coordinate recruitment operations by managing logistical and administrative tasks., feedback collection etc. Collect and verify candidate documents, conduct detailed background checks, and communicate effectively with candidates. Facilitate onboarding and maintain accurate records. Support recruiters and hiring managers to drive a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
