Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Plan and conduct Montessori-based activities appropriate for children's age and development.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development.
• Observe and understand individual learning needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure proper classroom management.
• Develop teaching materials and creative learning activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
• Maintain attendance, activity records, and student-related documentation.
• Participate in school events, activities, and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field.
• Montessori training/certification will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude toward children.
• Ability to manage young learners effectively.
• Freshers with a genuine interest in teaching are welcome to apply.
