Job Description

We are hiring a Maintenance Engineer for a leading pharmaceutical company located in Butibori, Nagpur. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background to build a career in the pharma manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and utility equipment
• Attend to electrical and mechanical breakdowns promptly
• Support HVAC, compressors, and utility systems maintenance
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and compliance records
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime
• Follow GMP and safety standards applicable in pharma manufacturing

Required Qualifications

• B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Freshers welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Candidates with prior experience in Pharma or Food Processing industry will be given preference
• Basic knowledge of electrical panels, motors, pumps, and mechanical maintenance tools

Salary \& Benefits

• Freshers: ₹15,000/month
• 1–2 Years Experience: ₹20,000+/month
• On-the-job training provided
