HR Intern (Factory/Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of factory workers and staff
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support attendance and payroll coordination
• Help organize training and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Interest in working in a factory/manufacturing setup
