Patient Services Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist them throughout their visit.
• Handle patient enquiries and provide basic information regarding services.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and other departments.
• Assist patients with reports, billing, and other basic administrative requirements.
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Guide patients to the appropriate department or consultation area.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled visits.
• Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and patient-friendly environment.

Requirements

• Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-friendly and courteous attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a healthcare environment and handle patients professionally.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
