Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the IT/software industry, strong communication skills, and knowledge of online project procurement and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online project procurement and bidding platforms.
• Research and identify relevant IT/software projects and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Assist in preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and submitted proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, proposals, and client communications.

Requirements

• 1.5–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.
• Good understanding of IT services and software development.
• Experience working with online project procurement platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good client-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and management teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
