Job Description – LED Installation Technician (UAE Operations)

Position Summary

The LED Installation Technician will install, test and commission LED display screens and associated equipment at new and existing service stations across the UAE. This is a hands-on field role covering outdoor and indoor LED screens, cabling and controllers, frequently at live fuel-station forecourts under strict safety controls. This position is open to Indian candidates for deployment to the UAE; the company will arrange and bear the cost of visa, travel and housing for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Install LED display screens and modules (outdoor and indoor), including mounting frames, enclosures and cooling systems, as per drawings and manufacturer instructions.

Assemble and align LED cabinets/modules to achieve a seamless display; carry out module replacement and calibration.

Terminate and route power, data (CAT6), fibre-optic and HDMI cabling between screens, controllers/sending boxes and media players.

Set up and configure LED controllers, sending boxes and media players; assist with content loading and display testing.

Carry out testing, fault-finding and commissioning; complete snagging and handover checklists.

Perform operational maintenance, spare-part replacement and callout support during the warranty/maintenance period.

Work strictly in line with client HSE requirements — permit-to-work, hot-work controls, PPE and fuel-forecourt safety procedures.

Complete daily reports, timesheets and as-built/handover documentation.

Travel to and work at multiple sites across the Emirates as scheduled.

Qualifications & Experience

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related technical trade.

Minimum 2 years' experience installing LED displays, signage or electrical/AV systems (LED video-wall experience preferred).

Ability to read installation drawings and follow technical instructions.

Working knowledge of LED modules, cabling, controllers and basic display configuration.

Comfortable working at height (with proper access equipment) and outdoors in high temperatures.

Physically fit; able to lift and handle equipment on site.

Basic spoken English for safety instructions and reporting.

UAE/GCC experience and a valid UAE driving licence are an advantage.

Compensation & Relocation Support (for Indian Candidates)

This role is open to candidates based in India who are willing to relocate to the UAE. The company will fully manage and bear the cost of the following, in line with UAE Labour Law

Basic salary

AED 2,000 per month

UAE employment visa, insurance and Emirates ID processing

One-way travel from India to the UAE for the selected candidate

Company-provided housing/accommodation in the UAE

Transport to and from site provided by the company

Contract duration is linked to the project term (up to 3 years), subject to performance. Candidates should be prepared to relocate on short notice once the offer and visa formalities are confirmed.
