Job Description

Moneytree Realty is looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily business operations, coordinate between internal teams, maintain process efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of company activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling operations, reporting, coordination, and process management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, HR, and management teams.

Maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.

Monitor processes and improve operational efficiency.

Handle data management, tracking, and reporting.

Coordinate meetings, events, and internal requirements.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

Support CRM updates and operational processes.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

2–5 years of experience in operations or related roles.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.

Preferred Profile

Experience in real estate, sales operations, or service-based industries will be preferred.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Strong ownership and execution skills.
