Tele Calling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who is confident, energetic, and has good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers/leads, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Explain company products/services to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain customer and lead records.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and basic English communication required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation will be preferred.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
