Key Responsibilities

Call potential buyers from company-provided leads

Explain basic property details (location, price, type, amenities)

Find out customer requirements and budget

Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits

Follow up with interested customers regularly

Update customer details in Excel/CRM

Work with the sales team to close deals

What We’re Looking For

Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local Language]

Comfortable talking on the phone for most of the day

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)

Willing to learn real estate basics

Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus

Target-driven and polite with customers
