B.Tech Mechanical Engineer (Fresher)

Hindiko Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and hardworking B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Fresher to join our engineering team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to industrial automation projects, mechanical design, machine assembly, installation, and client-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in mechanical design and automation projects.

Prepare and modify basic 2D mechanical drawings and 3D models.

Support machine assembly, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.

Prepare and maintain BOMs and engineering documents.

Understand and work with basic mechanical components and systems.

Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Project teams.

Support troubleshooting and project execution at client sites.

Follow company safety, quality, and engineering procedures.

Willingness to travel and work at client sites as required.

Required Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or any other 3D CAD software.

Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

Basic knowledge of pneumatic and mechanical systems.

Basic understanding of machine components such as bearings, shafts, couplings, gears, motors, etc.

Basic knowledge of BOM preparation and engineering documentation.

Basic Computer Skills – Mandatory

MS Word – documentation and report preparation.

MS Excel – basic formulas, data entry, and calculations.

MS PowerPoint – basic presentations.

Email & Internet – professional communication.

Windows Operating System – basic computer operations.

Candidate Profile

B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Willing to travel and work at customer/client sites when required.

Candidates with internship or academic project experience in mechanical design, automation, or machine development will be preferred.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on technical skills, interview performance, and overall suitability for the role.
