Guest Relation Executive

We are looking for a courteous, confident, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to provide exceptional service to guests and ensure a pleasant and memorable hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.

Assist with guest check-in, check-out, room allocation, and other Front Office activities when required.

Maintain regular communication with guests to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Follow up on guest requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Handle VIP guests and special occasions with appropriate attention and service.

Maintain accurate records of guest feedback, complaints, and service requests.

Promote hotel facilities, services, restaurants, and other guest amenities.

Collect and communicate guest feedback to the concerned departments and management.

Ensure professional grooming, proper etiquette, and adherence to hotel service standards.

Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow hotel policies and procedures.

Assist in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Requirements

Any degree/Diploma

Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hotel position is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service orientation.

Good problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malayalam and/or Hindi will be an advantage.

Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
