Mobile Soldering Technician – E-SIM & PCB Repair

Craysol Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Mobile Soldering Technician with hands-on experience in E-SIM soldering and mobile phone PCB-level repair.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of micro-soldering, electronic components, PCB repair, and mobile hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform E-SIM soldering, installation, and replacement on mobile phone PCBs.

Carry out precision soldering and micro-soldering of electronic components.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and PCB-level issues.

Perform component removal, replacement, rework, and repair.

Identify and repair soldering defects and PCB-level faults.

Operate soldering stations, hot air rework stations, microscopes, multimeters, and related tools.

Inspect solder joints and repaired PCBs to ensure quality and accuracy.

Handle sensitive electronic components and PCBs carefully.

Complete assigned repair tasks within required time and quality standards.

Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Requirements

E-SIM soldering experience is mandatory.

Previous experience as a Mobile Technician / Mobile Repair Technician.

Strong knowledge of mobile PCB-level repair and micro-soldering.

Good understanding of electronic components and PCB circuits.

Ability to work with small components with precision and attention to detail.

Experience with mobile repair tools and soldering equipment.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

ITI / Diploma in Electronics or a related field is preferred.

Relevant hands-on experience will be given preference.
