Job Description

Flex Printing Service EngineerJob Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and setup of flex printing machines at customer locations.

Provide machine operation training to customers and operators.

Attend and resolve service complaints and technical issues at customer sites.

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of printing machines.

Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machines are functioning properly.

Provide technical support to customers through phone/online and field visits.

Train and guide newly joined service engineers on machine installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Assist senior engineers in handling complex technical issues.

Maintain proper service reports, installation reports, and customer feedback records.

Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Travel to customer locations as required for installation, service, and training.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.

Experience in flex printing machines, digital printing machines, or similar industrial equipment is preferred.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Willingness to travel extensively for field service.

Ability to independently handle installations and customer complaints.

Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Salary

30,000-35,000 (Negotibale)+ incentives + TA+DA
