Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates / Officers to join a jewellery retail team. Both freshers and candidates with jewellery retail experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

Present suitable products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

Drive sales and contribute towards achieving store targets.

Participate in in-store activities and outdoor promotional activities.

Build positive customer relationships and ensure a good shopping experience.

Maintain professional presentation and product displays.

Support the team in day-to-day store activities.

Requirements

Degree is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced jewellery retail candidates can apply.

Strong language and communication skills.

Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable and comfortable interacting with customers.

Willingness to participate in outdoor promotional activities.

Incentives

Attractive performance-based incentives are offered and can go up to 3× the basic salary based on performance.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
