Executive - Tour Operations

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Identify and onboard new travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, consolidators, and other trade partners.

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing B2B travel partners.

Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and trade visits.

Generate business through the travel trade network and identify opportunities for market expansion.

Negotiate commercial terms, rates, contracts, and promotional opportunities with trade partners.

Coordinate with product, contracting, reservations, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth partner servicing.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

Develop account-wise sales plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Participate in travel trade shows, B2B events, roadshows, workshops, and networking activities.

Conduct partner training and product updates for travel agents and tour operators.

Track sales performance, revenue, conversion, collections, and account profitability.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, bookings, payments, and partner
