Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
Monitor stock movement, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
Manage warehouse manpower and allocate daily tasks to the team.
Coordinate with logistics teams, transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure proper documentation for GRN, dispatch, stock transfer, and returns.
Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and material handling.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of materials.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to inventory and warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
Identify stock discrepancies, damages, and losses and take corrective action.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, BBA, or a related field will be preferred.
Diploma/Certification in Warehouse Management or Logistics will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, WMS/ERP, inventory management, and MIS reporting.
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
Experience in team handling and end-to-end warehouse operations.
Candidates with experience in Kochi, Bangalore, Haryana & Meerut will be preferred.
