About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. The intern will work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, dispatch, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and order processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely dispatch of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Support physical stock counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Update and maintain operational records and reports.
• Assist in processing orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other sales channels.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners when required.
• Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly operations reports.
• Support the team in resolving operational issues.
• Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Hindi proficiency is preferred.
