We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support day-to-day recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.

Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

Communicate with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist with recruitment reports and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and good organisational skills.
