Roles and Responsibilities (Team Lead )

Lead and manage the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and guide team members to improve call quality and conversion rates.

Oversee outbound calling activities to prospective customers and ensure effective product/service communication.

Ensure proper lead generation, follow-ups, reporting, and conversions by the team.

Handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally and support the team in resolving issues.

Maintain and monitor accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving lead conversion and overall sales performance.

Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling/tele sales, with at least 2 year of team handling experience preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing team performance.
