About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Territory Sales Officer to drive business growth across an assigned territory. The role involves identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Conduct market visits and meet prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Understand customer requirements and present suitable business solutions.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales.

Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order fulfilment and customer support.

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidate Profile

Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales or territory sales can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable interacting with new customers.

Target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.

Good networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with field travel across the assigned territory.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and digital communication tools will be an advantage.

Candidates with B2B, retail, corporate or SME sales experience will be preferred.
