Field Technician – CCTV & Networking

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Technician with minimum 1 year of experience in site/field technical work. The candidate will be responsible for installation, cabling, termination and maintenance of CCTV, networking and related IT/electronic systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance and service activities.

Perform cable laying, cable termination and crimping.

Handle rack dressing, patch panel installation and cable management.

Install and fix CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and related equipment.

Install and fix biometric attendance/access control devices.

Perform LAN/network cabling and basic connectivity testing.

Handle drilling, mounting and other site installation activities.

Troubleshoot basic cabling, connectivity and equipment-related issues.

Coordinate with the technical/project team for site activities.

Prepare basic site/service reports.

Required Skills

Diploma in EEE / ECE / Electrical / Electronics.

Minimum 1 year of relevant site/field experience.

Hands-on experience in cable termination, crimping and rack dressing.

Experience in CCTV installation is required.

Experience in biometric installation is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of LAN/networking and structured cabling.

Good practical and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
