Sales & Telecalling Executive

Role and Responsibilities

Handle company-provided leads and contact potential customers.

Make outbound calls to explain project details, offers, location, and other relevant information.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.

Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Update the status of leads and follow-ups on a regular basis.

Generate self-leads through personal networking, references, and other suitable sources when required.

Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further customer follow-up.

Maintain good relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualification

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Any UG degree / Diploma is preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
