Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Freshers to join our Production / Manufacturing team. This is a good opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day production activities.

Follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Assist in machine operation and production processes.

Maintain quality standards during production.

Support the team in achieving production targets.

Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.

Report production or quality issues to the supervisor.

Learn and follow company procedures and processes.

Skills Required

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Ability to follow instructions.

Positive attitude and disciplined approach.

Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Any relevant qualification.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on qualification, skills and interview performance)
