Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle cold calling and connect with students, business owners, and working professionals interested in Digital Marketing courses.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counseling to understand prospects' requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
- Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, and learning outcomes to prospective students.
- Convince and convert interested prospects into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Attend and, where required, conduct Digital Marketing seminars, presentations, and counseling sessions for students and professionals.
- Assist in building and managing new batches through effective counseling, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work as a target-oriented counselor and achieve assigned calling, counseling, and enrollment targets.
Skills Required
Excellent communication, convincing, and counseling skills.
Good public speaking and presentation skills.
Confident in face-to-face and telephonic interactions.
Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to understand student/professional requirements and guide them effectively.
Basic interest in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from Psychology/related backgrounds may have an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
