We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues Maintain a positive and professional attitude Record customer interactions and update data Follow company guidelines and processes Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution Eligibility Criteria: UG / Graduate / PG candidates can apply Freshers & experienced both are welcome Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Basic computer knowledge Job Details: Working Days: 5 / 6 Days Shift: Rotational Shift Working Hours: 9–10 Hours Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience) Incentives + Performance Bonus Skills Required: Good communication skills Problem-solving ability Team player Basic MS Office knowledge
