Sales Development Manager - Retirement and Pension

As a Front Line Sales (FLS), you will network with assigned partner& engage with new partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

About the channel

As a team member, you will forge partnerships and alliances to sell Retirement and Pension solutions to corporate, retails and individual engage through tie-ups or individuals.

You will be aligned to make solution based sales through above mentioned modes.
