Responsibilities and Duties

Ability to convert prospects into customers and manage day to day operations of the spa, salon, gym and pool.

Selling memberships through effective renewals and marketing strategies

Building strong relationship with the clients and achieving the targets

Maintaining Customer Service Standards

To maintain the highest level of professional competence in the industry , exceeds all standards, indices and benchmarks
