HR Recruiter Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback

Schedule and manage interview processes

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates and manage offer rollouts

Ensure timely closures of open positions

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions

Basic knowledge of HR processes and hiring practices

Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in IT / Non-IT / EdTech hiring (add based on your need)
