• Key Responsibilities -
• Generate new student admissions through direct and indirect marketing activities.
• Conduct educational seminars, promotional activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, colleges, and corporate clients.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, and conversions in CRM.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and career guidance events. Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
• Provide timely reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Required Skills -
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
• Strong interpersonal, Negotiation skill and Relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in meeting new people and conducting presentations.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Intermediate level computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Preferred Candidate Profile -
• Experience in Education, Training, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Passion for achieving targets and career growth.
