We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken and patient-friendly receptionist to join our dental clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients professionally
Manage appointments, calls and patient inquiries
Handle patient records and basic documentation
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
Manage billing and basic cash/UPI transactions
Follow up with patients regarding appointments
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Polite and professional personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good Hindi & English communication
- Ability to handle patients calmly and efficiently
- Presentable and well-groomed
