Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, presentable and guest-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to join our Lucknow Lounge team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.

Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout their visit.

Handle guest queries, requests and concerns promptly.

Coordinate with the operations, F&B and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

Assist guests with lounge facilities, services and other relevant information.

Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.

Maintain guest records and support smooth front-office operations.

Ensure high standards of grooming, communication and hospitality.

Assist with guest seating and lounge coordination during busy periods.

Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, Lounge, Hotel, Airline or Customer Service will be preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a strong service attitude.

Good English and Hindi communication skills.

Well-groomed and confident in handling guests.

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
