Jewellery Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email and website.

Conduct phone/video consultations and showcase jewellery to customers.

Understand customer preferences, occasions and budgets to recommend suitable pieces.

Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.

Build strong customer relationships and provide a premium experience.

Coordinate with internal teams for customisation, pricing, availability, dispatch and after-sales support.

Maintain accurate records of leads and sales.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English.

Confident on calls and video consultations.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Interest in jewellery, luxury and fashion.

Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality, client servicing or premium sales is preferred.
