Tie-ups

• Responsible for tie-ups with communities for health talks/ camps or events as part of CSR activities
• Sourcing of communities by various means like internet research, references and through personal knowledge
• Meeting the community heads personally for explaining and planning of events at their location 2

Conducting Camps

• Conducting society activities for promotion of various hospital specialties
• Arrangements of staff, doctor, nurse, drivers and other attendants for the camps
• Organizing camps as per the needs of the society camp location
• Accommodation and lodging of doctors and other staff
• Setting up camp location two days prior and making all the necessary branding products available at centre like banners, leaflets etc
• Attending all local and out-station camps
• Noting down all details of patients/people visiting at the camp and handing over to the concerned person for database compilation
• Dispatching materials required for other OPDs as per schedules
• Coordinating with other unit camps as and when required
• Managing staff for other unit camps as per requirement
