Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives for an Assamese language process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate resolutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers in the Assamese language.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be proficient in Assamese language.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the Pratap Nagar, Jaipur location.
