About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests at HOPUP.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit.

Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints.

Explain games, packages, offers, and facilities to guests.

Manage bookings, entries, billing, and POS transactions.

Promote offers and upselling opportunities.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth guest service.

Maintain professional grooming and high customer-service standards.

Requirements

Graduate preferred.

1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.

Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
