Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and allocate work to the team.

Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and targets.

Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.

Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.

Train, guide, and support team members.

Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

2+ years in operations/team handling; insurance, healthcare, BPO, or telecalling experience preferred.

Skills

Good communication, team management, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Technology

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Setup

Laptop/desktop, quiet workspace, and high-speed internet for remote work.

₹180,000.00 per year
